Patrick McGuire is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Peak Golf Institute, where he leads the integration of technical systems, mental models, and performance flow into a unified coaching process.
With over two decades of experience working with athletes across all levels, Patrick is known for creating clarity in complexity—and turning scattered training into structured transformation.
At the core of Patrick’s methodology is the Master Key, a performance framework that aligns Tempo, Timing, Mental State, Order, and Speed with ball flight laws, movement patterns, and player personality. His proprietary systems—like Plan-Do-Review and the Practice Levels model—form the foundation of how Peak coaches design, teach, and adjust training at every level.
Patrick’s coaching goes beyond technique. He specializes in connecting the dots between data, feel, behavior, and mindset—helping players remove flow blockers, refine decision-making, and develop the grit required to compete under pressure. Whether he’s working with competitive juniors, collegiate teams, or professionals, his coaching is always athlete-centered, intentional, and principle-based.
At Peak, Patrick’s mission is to build complete athletes, not just better swings. He believes that performance is a lifestyle, and his coaching is designed to unlock sustainable growth—on the course and off.
Ramsey Williams is the Chief Operating Officer and Acting General Manager of Peak Golf Institute, where he brings over three decades of golf industry expertise and business leadership to the organization.
Ramsey Williams Chief Operating Officer & Acting General Manager
Ramsey Williams leads the operational and financial strategy of Peak Golf Institute, overseeing P&L, HR, technology, and expansion across three locations in Virginia and Maryland.
A career that began in 1989 across club operations in Louisiana, Virginia, Florida, and Alabama — including roles as Assistant Professional, Head Professional, and General Manager — gave Ramsey a working understanding of every revenue line and every operational pressure point in golf. In 2009, he co-founded Peak Golf Fitness with Jason Meisch, building a performance-evaluation business that grew into a recognized regional brand. In 2022, the partnership with Patrick McGuire and Lisa Deel brought elite PGA instruction into the model and laid the foundation for Peak Golf Institute, which formally launched in May 2025.
Today, Ramsey leads the operating strategy of a three-location performance facility serving the Mid-Atlantic, with sites in Ashburn, Rockville, and Arlington. His scope spans financial planning, P&L management across multiple entities, hiring and compensation structure, marketing and revenue strategy, technology infrastructure, and the long-range planning behind PGI’s expansion roadmap. He has architected the financial model behind the company’s membership and evaluation businesses, built the staffing and scheduling systems that run all three locations, and led the technology decisions that integrate Mindbody, evaluation data, and client communications into a single operating platform.
His approach is grounded in two principles: that operational discipline is the unglamorous foundation of any premium brand, and that coaches do their best work when the business behind them runs without friction. At Peak Golf Institute, his job is to make that true every day.
She specializes in customizing lessons to fit each individual—using a variety of teaching models and drills to ensure meaningful, lasting improvement.
Her coaching emphasizes understanding the “whys” and “what’s” of the golf swing, helping players build a clearer mental and physical connection to their technique. This deeper knowledge enables students to translate their progress from the lesson tee to real success on the course.
Lisa fosters an environment where golfers feel confident, curious, and motivated. Her commitment to clear communication, individualized instruction, and long-term development makes her a trusted guide for players looking to both improve their swing and enjoy the game more fully.
