Build Your
Career at
Peak.
We're assembling the best team in golf performance. Join a data-driven, technology-forward organization where elite coaching, science, and results define everything we do.
of Organization
PGI isn't a traditional golf range or fitness studio. We're a performance institution built on science, technology, and a relentless commitment to player development across every level.
Evaluation-First Model
Every golfer enters through a rigorous assessment. You'll work with real data โ TrackMan, 3D kinematics, force plates โ not guesswork.
Integrated Team
Golf coaches, performance trainers, and physical therapists work in concert. Your teammates are the best in the DMV.
Salary-Based Compensation
No lesson-by-lesson commissions. We invest in our staff with competitive salaries so you can focus entirely on your athletes.
Fix Codeโข Framework
Work within PGI's proprietary diagnostic methodology โ a structured, repeatable system used across every evaluation and program.
Three DMV Locations
Ashburn VA ยท Rockville MD ยท Arlington VA. Growing footprint with opportunities to grow alongside the organization.
Real Growth Path
PGI is building toward a national platform. Early team members shape the culture, systems, and future of the organization.
