Michael Brennan Becomes PGA Tour Champion

We’re beyond excited to celebrate Michael Brennan, a longtime Peak Golf Institute athlete who has officially become a PGA Tour Champion after his incredible victory at the Bank of Utah Championship.

From High School Goals to PGA Glory

Michael’s story with Peak Golf Institute began seven years ago when he was just 15 years old, a high-school sophomore with a dream to play college and professional golf with an initial goal of hitting 105mph club speed.

Working closely with Performance Coach Jason Meisch, Founder and Chief Evaluation & Testing Officer at Peak Golf Institute, Michael dove into the full training process, completing evaluations, attending training sessions, and embracing the long-term development model that defines Peak.

Commitment That Shows

That dedication paid off. Today, Michael generates 135 mph clubhead speed and over 190 mph ball speed, all while staying injury-free throughout his development. While Jason and Peak were along the way to help Michael, it was his hard work and dedication to help him accomplish his goals.

“He’s never looked for short-cuts or quick fixes,” says Meisch. “Michael went through the entire process — evaluations, training, classes — always eager to learn and ask great questions. When he first started, he would drive over an hour to Rockville several times a week to train. That level of dedication is rare, and now he’s reaping the rewards.”

College Dominance and Professional Rise

Michael’s collegiate career at Wake Forest University was nothing short of remarkable,  earning eight individual wins before turning professional.

Through PGA Tour University, he secured status on the PGA Tour Americas, where he captured three wins, recorded 12 top-10 finishes, and finished #1 in the Fortinet Cup standings. That success earned him his Korn Ferry Tour card, which didn’t last long, as his victory at the Bank of Utah Championship has now officially earned him his PGA Tour card.

Built on Collaboration and Data

Throughout his journey, Peak Golf Institute worked closely with Michael’s full coaching team, including Adam Harrell of 1757 Golf Club. This team-based approach, combining data-driven evaluations, performance training, and continuous communication, was key to building a stronger, faster, and more durable athlete.

At Peak, every athlete begins with a deep understanding of how their body moves and how that connects to their golf swing. Michael’s individualized evaluations and programs helped him develop efficient power, improve movement quality, and stay healthy through years of competition.

Peak is a Proud Partner in the Process

Peak Golf Institute couldn’t be prouder of Michael’s success — both as a player and as a person. His drive, humility, and consistency perfectly represent what we value at Peak Golf Institute.

Michael’s journey is proof that when talent meets the right process, anything is possible.

This is just the beginning.
